Principles and Applications of Synchronous Fluorescence in Multicomponent Analysis
Abstrakt
This review provides brief information on principles and possible applications of various synchronous fluorescence methods (constant-wavelength, constant-energy, variable-angle methods) in analysis of multicomponent samples. A generally high selectivity of synchronous fluorescence spectra can still be increased by taking derivative spectra and applying multivariate methods or a three-dimensional total synchronous fluorescence scan. These modifications of the synchronous fluorescence approach made this method an attractive tool in various fields such as quality control, clinical diagnosis, and monitoring of environmental pollution.Stahování
