Abstract

At the National Library of Technology, we provide teachers with access to scholarly resources in Chemistry and other STEM fields and we help them navigating these resources. We create annotated subject-specific overviews of freely accessible resources and methodical materials which could be utilized in project-based or inquiry-based learning, e.g., in writing academic reports and essays. We also offer individual consultations and courses on science literacy to both students and teachers alike. In collaboration with teachers, we strive for better learning outcomes at Czech schools and for higher qualification of Chemistry and other STEM graduates in a global perspective.
