Processing of Immunoanalytical Data

Abstrakt

Only few discussions have been focused on interpretation of data in the field of immunoassay analysis and individual authors used different means of interpretation. Various types of the used standard curves, the significance and the means by which the limit of detection as well as the limit of quantification are determined, and the idea of analyte equivalency are discussed. The aim is to bring importance of the factors to the analyst attention and to indicate the way of presentation of the immunoassay results.
