Abstrakt

Optimum conditions are described for the HPLC determination of submicromolar and nanomolar concentrations of 2-, 3-, and 4-aminobiphenyls in deionized water, drinking water and river water. The limits of the detection with a boron-doped diamond film electrode are ca. 10−7 mol l−. Using solid phase extraction with diethyl ether as eluent, the limits decrease to 10−8 10−9 mol l−1.
