Abstrakt

HPLC has the leading role in the analysis of drugs in biological materials. A qualitative-quantitative determination as such usually requires more steps which are essential for achieving an correct result. The paper introduces and discusses several facts met in the bioanalytical practice and is aimed to those interested in the HPLC determinations of drugs and their metabolites in biological materials.
