Endofyty izolované z révy vinné (Vitis vinifera)

Abstrakt

Endophytes are microorganisms that colonize the internal tissues of plants and may have beneficial effects on plants such as growth promotion or resistance to biotic and abiotic stress. Endophytic bacteria and microscopic fibrous fungi were also isolated from grapevine (V. vinifera). These organisms may not only have a positive effect on the vitality of host plants and promote their growth but also be a source of new and interesting secondary metabolites that could find use in pharmaceutical and food industry or agriculture.
