Modern Trends in Sample Preparation for Determination of Alcohols, Esters and Acids in Beer
Abstrakt
Alcohols, esters and acids are substances which create specific flavour of beer. The aim of this work is to describe a number of methods, which are used for their determination in beer, with emphasis on modern methods developed in recent years. A comparison of these methods is also given.Stahování
