Estimation Methods for Vaporization Enthalpy

A survey, description and comparison of methods for estimation of vaporization enthalpy, which were published i the last decade, are presented. The article is focused mainly on empirical correlations and structural contribution methods because they are considered as the most suitable for chemical engineering usage due to their simplicity, wide applicability and also acceptable accuracy in most cases. The approaches based on the principle of corresponding states and theoretical methods are also included. Most of the cited works are accompanied by the error of prediction taken from the original source.
