Analysis of The Protein Profile of Rye Genotypes by Electrophoretic Methods

The aim of this study was to analyze the protein profile in 45 genotypes of rye by SDS-PAGE and A-PAGE methods. The obtained results confirm that the electrophoresis of seed proteins is a simple and reliable method giving reproducible results. The method can be used in growing rye for identification and detection of the variety.
